Our Little Bags of Kindness initiative is all about restoring dignity, choice, and a sense of self-worth to those facing hardship. In partnership with our outreach organisations, we invite individuals in need to create a personalised shopping list—up to the value of $150—filled with items they wouldn’t normally receive through emergency relief.

From favourite snacks to essential toiletries, baby goods to warm socks, each list reflects what they truly need or miss. We then lovingly pack these bags with care, ensuring that each person receives not just supplies, but a reminder that they are seen, valued, and deserving of kindness.

It’s a simple idea with a profound impact—turning everyday essentials into a deeply personal act of care
